So, v6.2 was made quite fast. It can be named "Masochism" xD Idk why we decided to go this way for the first skill, it's hard to call it "my theme", you know. But sometimes things go on their own))

So, let's talk step by step about this version.

Masochism - Skill stat

We added a new type of statistics - "skills". And just one skill for now - "Masochism", as you might already guessed. For now we placed it just below the other stats, however, it works in a different way. Each level of Masochism increases the power of all "Pain" cards by 1 point. So the maximum power gain is 10. Pain cards designed to be not so powerful at the beginning, but become more and more useful the more you train masochism. But how to train it? Well, I always wanted to try the system where you train something that you use. Well, I tried xD And the action cards design works just well for that. So every time you use a card with "paddle" icon - you improve your masochism. Though, to get 1 point of masochism you need to use 10 pain cards, what might be not so easy, especially at the beginning.

Masochism Training Event

It works similar to other training events, you use your action cards, reduce HP to 0 and win. Or lose. BUT instead of improving masochism, you have a chance to earn higher rarity "Pain" cards. We tried new drop system in this event. In previous system, in lecture hall, you could just spend your stats to buy new cards. But here you don't spend anything. After winning the training you get one card. The higher your Masochism skill the better chance to get higher rarity card. I'm not sure about such system, that's why we testing it. Don't forget to give us some feedback, or at least show us a screenshot of your deck after playing a while.

New cards and mechanics

So, there are 6 new cards: 4 pain cards and 2 regular cards. You can get pain cards in "masochism training" event, when 2 regular cards (rare intelligence card and rare attractiveness card) can be still found in Lecture Hall event with all the old cards. Also, we added 2 more card effects - "power up" and "double strike". Power up - improves the power of another card. Double Strike - doubles the power of the card with this effect, including all the other bonuses. So try to use these effects in combination :)  Sure, power boost from "masochism" can also be called a new mechanic for the battle phase. And one more addition - card themes like "pain" will be shown under the artwork. In the next updates we gonna add more skills, and sure we will be adding new cards for old skills. Because these "skills" have impact not just on cards, but also on events.

BDSM Club - Work event

For now it's just a simple event to utilize Masochism skill. It's simple. You need to win special battle event, then you earn some cash based on your masochism level and a bit on other stats. If you lose - you still get some cash. I would improve this event later, but for now it just works, lol xD Also, this event is a great way to train Masochism and also to control "pain". Because your can use some painkillers for free here.

Sure there were some other updates. We changed some cards a bit, we changed how the event order works, and some other stuff. But I don't think it's necessary to talk about everything, just try it yourself. Especially now, when we have some actual and working card combinations!

v6.2.1 - Small Update

  • Spanked event changed so it won't give you Pain card unless you lose or ignore it
  • fixed bug with enhancing clothes
  • fixed enemy image in full identity event
